Leader of the Pack: "Lightning Bolt" strikes again in Rio 200m final

It was yet another victorious night for the world's fastest man as he completed the 200m final in 19.78 seconds to clinch his second gold medal of the Rio Olympics. Bolt, who was visibly seen to be ahead of other sprinters, fell short of his own world record which he had hoped to break, by 0.54 seconds.

Canadian sprinter, Andre de Grasse finished second in 20.02 seconds to clinch the silver medal, while Frenchman Christophe Lemaitre came in third in 20.12 seconds, winning bronze.

Bolt has repeatedly said that he was in the Rio Olympics to win three gold medals. His big win tonight leaves him with just one more event, the relay race, in which he hopes to achieve his goal having initially picked up a gold medal in the 100m race.

It remains to be seen whether or not the fallibility of his relay teammates would prove to be the obstacle in his path.
